Contact supportCan I make a personalized song with someone's name?
Yes. Add the person’s name and how to pronounce it. We include it in the lyrics and check the pronunciation before sending your song. If a name is still pronounced incorrectly, report it within 7 days of delivery as part of your included correction round.
When will I receive my custom song?
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of payment confirmation. When priority is available, delivery is within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Your expected delivery time is shown before you pay.
Can I choose a Gulf, Egyptian or Levantine song?
Yes. You can choose Gulf, Levantine or Egyptian Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic, English, or a mix of Arabic and English.
Can I request a correction to my song?
One correction round is included for qualifying errors reported together within 7 days of delivery. This can cover incorrect name spelling or pronunciation, a wrong pronoun or relationship, details missing from your original request, or a technical fault. Requests for a different story, new names or another musical style are separate creative changes.
What do I get with a personalized song?
You receive one finished song as an MP3, the lyrics, cover artwork and a gift page link you can share. The MP3 is yours to keep. A WAV file is available on request.
How is the song delivered?
We send the song by email with an MP3 download link and a gift page link you can share. The links remain active for 90 days; files saved to your device remain yours to keep.
Can I send the song to someone on a specific date?
Yes. You can add up to three more recipients. They can get the song with your copy, or on a date you choose at 9:00 a.m. in your time zone. If the song isn’t ready by then, we send it to them as soon as it is. You can add a short personal message.
Can I play my song at a wedding or share it on social media?
Yes. You can play it at weddings and events, gift it, use it in family and event videos, post it on your own social media, and use it in ordinary, unpaid posts and event videos for your own business. Paid advertising, resale and releases on streaming services need our separate written permission. The Terms of Sale have the details.
Are my names and personal details kept private?
We use the information you provide to produce your song, including with our production partners where needed. We do not publicly post your song or details without permission. Gift pages are unlisted. While you fill in the form, your browser saves your answers on this device for up to 7 days; they’re deleted after payment is confirmed or when you choose “Start over.”
Do I need an account to create a song?
No account is required. Complete the song details as a guest, then confirm your order. We'll email your order reference and your song.
Can I create a birthday song with a name?
Yes. Choose Birthday, add the person’s name and any details you want mentioned, such as their age, personality or a family memory.
Can I create a custom wedding song with the couple’s names?
Yes. Choose “Wedding or engagement”, add the couple’s names, and mention in your story if you plan to play the song for their entrance.
Can I create a graduation song by name?
Yes. Add the graduate’s name, the occasion, and any message from friends or family. Choose the language and musical style you prefer.
Do I need to write the song lyrics myself?
No. Tell us the names, the occasion and the details you want included. We prepare the lyrics based on your answers.
Can I choose the musical style?
Yes. You can choose the language, dialect and mood, and add notes about the style you like. You can also ask us to choose the direction.
